Special warning In order to enable customers to better use the CM840-30 filing machine and to be safer in the operation process, the relevant matters will be emphasized and explained first. Please pay attention to the following matters in the use process.

I. Before leaving the factory, the distance between the filing knife and the outer surface of the rotor has been adjusted to 6mm. After the rotor rotates at high speed, the saw blade assembly is thrown out under the action of centrifugal force. The saw blade is 3mm higher than the outer surface of the rotor, i.e. the distance between the saw blade tip and the filing block is 3mm. When the saw blade is worn, the gap between the two becomes larger. Please adjust the distance between the filing knife and the rotor by yourself during use, but the distance between the two shall not be less than 6mm (the best working gap is 6mm-65mm). Otherwise, after the saw blade is tightened, the saw blade will encounter the filing block, and the saw blade will all be scrapped, causing major accidents.

II, CM840-30 filing machine before each boot, be sure to open the side cover to check whether the saw blade assembly moves left and right, must make it keep level with the rotor at both ends, can not have any left and right movement dislocation, otherwise, will cause danger.

III, filing machine before leaving the factory, layering and layering, layering and groove to match one by one, has been marked. During use, when the saw blade needs to be replaced after wear, the layering positions shall not be interchanged, and must be put in place according to the original position, otherwise the rotor will lose dynamic balance and there will be major accidents.

Note on marking: match marks are marked on the inner side (contact surface with saw blade) of each pair of battens, which are 1, 2, 3, ..., 119 and 120 in sequence. The rotor side is marked with layering installation sequence marks, which are 1, 2, 3, ... ... 119, 120 in sequence. Each pair of layering corresponds to the groove one by one and cannot be exchanged. Description of installation sequence of mating battens: when installing battens, the mating battens numbered 1 are installed in the grooves numbered 1, the mating battens numbered 2 are installed in the grooves numbered 2, ..., similarly, the mating battens numbered 119 and 120 are installed in the grooves numbered 119 and 120 respectively, and the two are matched one by one. Pay attention to the direction of the saw blade working surface (the direction with inclined surface on the saw tooth is non-working surface) and the rotation direction of the motor during the installation of the batten.

Important matters:
Please pay attention to the above clauses when using filing machine, otherwise, serious personal accidents will be caused.

4. Structure description This equipment is a new product developed by Henan goob Industry Co., Ltd. by absorbing advanced foreign technology and combining with our actual production experience. It is special equipment for potato starch processing industry. Compared with the products of the same trade, it is composed of hundreds of saw blades and has the characteristics of high rotating speed, fine filing of materials, uniform particles, high starch free rate, large production capacity, high starch extraction rate, etc.

This product is of novel design and compact structure. It is mainly composed of saw blade assembly, rotor, filing knife, upper cover, side cover, bearing seat, frame, transmission device and motor. All the components form a device with a fairly strong foundation.
The frame supports all components and the rotor bearings are fixed on the frame. For quick inspection, an observation window with a handle is left on the side cover, which is quite necessary to observe the abrasion of the saw blade and remove foreign matters from the cavity of the filing machine. Two combined filing knives are installed on both sides of the rotor, allowing the rotor to rotate in both directions with high crushing rate.
At the same time, when one of the filing blocks wears out, it can be exchanged with the other. A screen is installed between the two combined filing knives under the rotor. In order to fix the screen firmly, a double tightening device is installed, which is driven by two tightening handles on both sides of the chassis. The rotor is a cylinder made of special stainless steel, with 120 grooves evenly distributed on its surface for installing saw blade components.
The saw blade assembly consists of two stainless steel battens with locating pins and a saw blade. Every two paired battens are marked with matching marks on the inside, which are indicated by Arabic numerals.
When replacing the saw blade, the two battens cannot be paired with other battens. Saw blade is a 500㎜ long steel quenched piece and is the main processing device for grinding and filing. After the saw blade assembly is inserted into the rotor groove along the axial direction, when the rotor rotates at a high speed of 2100r.p.m, the saw blade assembly will throw the assembly out under the strong action of centrifugal force f =16.3×106N and clamp it in the inclined plane of the rotor groove, thus fixing the saw blade optimally. The motor drives the rotor through a belt. The belt is covered with a completely closed protective cover.
